Sync Multiple Google Calendars with Windows Phone...
I had originally come up with a pretty long-winded workaround for syncing multiple Google Calendars with Windows Phone. I’m happy to say that’s no longer needed as Google finally (and officially) added multiple calendar support for Windows Phone.
Using your Windows Phone, browse to http://www.google.com.
You need to be signed into Google. If you’re not already signed in, you...
PlayBook OS 2.0 Tip: Syncing Multiple Google...
I had originally come up with this solution for syncing my Google Calendars with Windows Phone. It turns out the PlayBook needs the same workaround in order to sync multiple Google Calendars using Exchange ActiveSync. (Thanks, Adam, for pointing this out in the comments!) The steps are almost identical to the Windows Phone solution…

Merry Christmas! (Album Art)
Windows Phone’s Mango update added support for artist art wallpaper. Being in Canada, I only just started getting these things to show up on my phone. But they look amazing and are usually much better than most album covers.
Here are some of my favorite Christmas tunes this year with their album art…

Bing Maps have been adding indoor maps for malls in the US. Here’s a 1-minute video of one I found for Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA.

It appears that Microsoft gave the OK for devs to discuss our experiences with Mango, as long as we don’t redistribute the beta. Hopefully I’ll have some thoughts and tips to share here in the coming days…

Mango Beta is Here!
Kudos to Microsoft for releasing the beta build of Mango (Windows Phone 7.1 or 7.5) to developers! I’ve been using it for a week now and it’s very stable for a beta.
While the 7.0 OS is a good start for Windows Phone, it’s very basic compared to iOS and Android, and has many little annoyances that add up to an overall frustrating experience for both users and developers. Mango...
